Which agency are you with?

I am a totally independent broker. My work is regulated by the order of real estate brokers of Quebec and I am part of the network of independent brokers. You can search by entering my name in the OACIQ search engine.

What does it mean to be an independent broker?

Independent real estate brokers are brokers who hold a license issued by the OACIQ and who act independently, outside the structures of franchisors, such as Remax, Groupe Sutton and Royal Lepage.

Independent brokers act independently, outside the control of franchises and answer only to recognized real estate institutions, such as the OACIQ, ACI and APCIQ.

How will you find clients to buy my property?

All properties in Quebec are displayed on the Centris site, where more than 15,000 brokers consult at any time. With the iPubWeb program, your property will be displayed on my site as well as on a dozen sites. iPubweb currently receives over 3 million unique visitors per month.
